Description:
This wine has a Brilliant White color with slightly green notes, with a savory and captivating aroma typical of the vines from which comes mainly Garganega, and Chardonnay a blend that brings back the most precious and elegant notes of Veronese Whites typical of the grape, with a body and an elegant acidity pleasant and easy to drink .
Vinification:
The grapes are harvested between the end of August and the end of September, to get the best from the berries of the various vines without losing in elegance but increasing the typical aromas of the grapes. Vinified separately in white steel at a controlled temperature with the use of particular aromatic extracting yeast able to enhance the peculiarities of the vines strengthening the varietal characters. The cleaning of the wine is then followed by repeated batonage aimed at keeping in suspension the substances and compounds of the structure to improve and refine the body and the stability of the aromas.
Area of production:
The grapes are selected from our vineyards south of Lake Garda
Soil:
White clay soil but with coarse texture of hill permeable by PH Alkaline
Aging:
The BIANCO ITALIA is aged in cistern and subsequently to favor its maturation and elegance, is then placed in the bottle for a few months before being put on sale. The strong wine of an elegant structure lends itself to aging for periods not long but up to 2 years without suffering from time.
