Description:
This wine has a Brilliant White color with slightly amber with a savory and captivating scent typical of the vines from which comes mainly the Trebbiano, Chardonnay ,a blend that brings back the most precious and elegant notes of the typical Veronese Whites of the grapes, with an elegant body and acidity and always pleasant to drink .
Vinification:
The grapes are harvested between the end of August and the end of September, to get the best fromthe berries of the various vines without losing in elegancebut increasing the typical scents of the various vines, Vinified separately in white steel at acontrolled temperature with the use of particular aromaticextracting yeast able to enhance the peculiaritiesof the vines strengthening the varietal characters . The cleaning of the wine from heavy lees is followedby repeated batonage aimed at keeping the most elegant lees in suspension to improve andrefine the body and the stability of the aromas.
Area of production:
The grapes are selected from our vineyards south of Lake Garda
Soil:
White clay soil but with coarse texture of hill permeable by PH Alkaline
Aging:
The BIANCO IGT wine is aged in cistern and then with a short passage in wood, to facilitate the aging and elegance, then 3 months in bottle before being put on sale. The strong wine of an elegant structure lends itself to aging for periods not long but up to 3 years without suffering from time.
