Description:
A modest olive grove with a small production, consisting of the most cultivated varieties in the area consisting of Grignano, Frantoio and Moraiolo cultivars, the typical varieties of the most important blends, characterized by a unique roundness and pleasantness, not spicy, nor invasive in the mouth, with a unmistakable scent typical of this air.
Features:
The Olives are harvested at different stages of maturation then promptly Molite in the mill that maniacally takes care of the milling process, with stone milling and centrifugal extraction and low temperature separation of the oil, to then create several Blends which then with careful selection give life to an extraordinary and unique product.

From an olive grove of our property south of Lake Garda in the Veronese morainic hills characterized by a good southern exposure

Traditional, hand-picked in small boxes
Ground:
Gravel, pebbles and clay, a medium-draining texture sufficient to allow to retain a constant humidity which the olive tree always needs for a harmonious development, the PH is slightly basic
Aging / Refinement:
The oil must be preserved with maniacal care in the dark to keep its original characteristics intact. Oil fears the light.
