Description:
This Sparkling Wine is fresh and fruity with the characteristic diverse hints of the Grapes used, as well as endowed with floral and fruity notes. Intense and persistent, with a good level of acidity. A Sparkling Wine matured and aged with the Long Tank Method, which gives persistence and aromatic hints to the palate.
Features:
Fruity, fresh, with an intense body with an intense but elegant and fruity acidity typical of Rose Brut, for palates that prefer cleanliness and freshness.
Harvest:
Traditional, in the month of September, before the grapes reach full maturity to capture freshness and the right acidity to prepare the base for the second fermentation for “foaming” before bottling.

Aging / Aging:
The Rose & Rose Spumante – Brut after alcoholic fermentation and a second fermentation of 60 days for an elegant and persistent foaming process which favors the varietal aromatic extraction is aged for 3 months in the bottle
